  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Fresh green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Coat chicken strips evenly with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Add the sauce mixture to the skillet with chicken, cook for another 2-3 minutes until coated and glossy.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
