Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the jalapeño halves with cheese mixture.
- Dip stuffed peppers into beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
