- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced

- Optional toppings: tofu, seaweed
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a pot, combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil, simmer until heated.
- Add mushrooms and broccoli, cook until tender.
- Divide noodles into bowls, pour hot broth and vegetables over.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- You can add tofu for extra protein.
