Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas with sugar and melted butter until well combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
