  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach or kale, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until tender.
  2. Add turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
