  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg, vanilla, and orange zest; mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined. Fold in cranberries.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
